Totally Health Secures Contract with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
Awarded 'Clinical Team of the Year - Diabetes' in the 2016 General Practice Awards
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Totally Health Limited ("Totally Health"), the innovative provider of personalised clinical health coaching to help support patients manage their overall health and any long-term health conditions, has been awarded an initial 12 month contract with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust ("GSTT") to provide clinical health coaching services to Millwall Football Club ("Millwall FC") community trust programme (the "Contract"). The Contract will commence on 1 January 2017 and has been awarded as part of a previously announced pilot programme with GSTT see press release 7 July 2016. 
Under the terms of the Contract, Totally Health will provide Clinical Health Coaching to 50 participants in the Millwall FC community trust programme - a health awareness and intervention programme. Each participant will be assigned their own personal, dedicated clinical health coach for the 12 month period, all of whom are experienced, qualified registered nurses.The programme is aimed at raising awareness, improving overall health and reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease amongst disengaged parts of the local population.
In addition to this, Totally Health has been awarded 'Clinical Team of the Year - Diabetes' in the 2016 General Practice Awards for the exceptional work that it has undertaken across a number of sectors, together with the variety of services which it provides. Totally Health was also the runner up in the 'Clinical Team of the Year - Long Term Conditions' category.

Individuals or their families can choose to subscribe to the service, which is a personal, professional, clinically-focused and patient-centered service, tailored for each individual. The service was initially launched in early 2016 and full launch took place in September 2016. Totally Health operates my Clinical Coach.
