Further contract extensions for urgent care and new corporate wellbeing
contract

 

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), a leading provider of frontline healthcare services,
corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland,
announces a further two contract extensions and a new contract for corporate
wellbeing services, collectively valued at c.£1.5 million.

Extensions for the delivery of two urgent care contracts in the North of
England and Yorkshire are collectively valued at £1.05 million, securing
further in year urgent care revenues.

Within corporate wellbeing, Energy Fitness Professionals ("EFP") has secured a
contract at a prestigious new development in London to oversee its
comprehensive fitness and wellbeing facilities which include a cutting-edge
gym, a versatile studio, a Peloton suite, and luxurious treatment rooms. EFP
will also curate and manage wellness events tailored to the building's dynamic
population, enhancing the overall experience for tenants and visitors.  The
contract will commence in September 2024, and is valued at £500,000 over
three years.

Elective care: Totally's elective care services are delivered by Pioneer
Healthcare, About Health and Premier Physical Healthcare.

 

·      Pioneer Healthcare was established in 2007 and delivers a wide
range of acute services to NHS patients, in partnership with independent
healthcare sector private hospitals across England, to help the NHS reduce
waiting lists whilst maintaining patient care and quality. Pioneer offer
services through insourcing and outsourcing agreements and through its Any
Qualified Provider status.
