Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), a leading provider of frontline healthcare services,
corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland,
announces that on 26 March 2025, Simon Stilwell, Non-Executive Chairman of
Totally, purchased 534,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following this purchase Simon Stilwell has a total beneficial interest in
2,500,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 1.27% per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
