Corporate Update - Premier Physical Healthcare Limited and Totally Health Limited
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to today announce a corporate update including three contract wins for physiotherapy services provided by Premier Physical Healthcare Limited ("Premier"), together accounting for revenues of 120,000 per annum; and the launch of a pilot programme by Totally Health Limited ("Totally Health") aimed at raising awareness and reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. 
Premier, one of the largest independent providers of physiotherapy services in the South East of the UK and a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Totally, has secured a four-year Occupational Health Physiotherapy Framework Agreement with Surrey and Sussex Police Force, for musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. This new contract will run to 30 June 2020 and has an estimated referral rate of 480 new consultations per year, with over 400 follow-ups. This is the fourth contract win of this nature for Premier and is indicatively worth 60,000 per annum in revenues.
Premier has also secured the renewal of two contracts with the South Kent Coast and Milton Keynes NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups ("CCGs") for the provision of physiotherapy services. These three-year contract renewals are each indicatively worth 30,000 per annum in revenues. With regards to updates on any other contract renewals, these will be made when available. 
In addition to this, Premier has been awarded "Best Physiotherapy Chain 2016 - UK" in the 2016 International Life Sciences Awards for the exceptional work that Premier has undertaken across a number of sectors, together with the variety of services and treatments which it provides. 
Totally Health, the innovative provider of personalised clinical health coaching to help support patients with long-term health conditions and a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Totally, has commenced working with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust ("GSTT") in London, as part of a pilot programme aimed at raising awareness and reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease amongst disengaged parts of the local population. This scheme marks another success for Totally Health as it continues to deliver sustainable self-care management and education, reducing the burden on the health sector. Further details of this partnership with GSTT be disclosed as they become available.
