Grant of Options under Totally plc SAYE Option Scheme
Notification of transactions by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the UK healthcare sector, is pleased to announce that it has launched a Save as You Earn share scheme for all employees (the "SAYE Scheme"). Under the SAYE Scheme, employees have been offered the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company through the granting of share options. 
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 46 pence per share, representing a 20 per cent discount to the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on 15 November 2016, the day before the invitation to participate was made. The exercise price was calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme. The options have a savings contract start date of 1 January 2017 and are exercisable between 1 January 2020 and 1 July 2020.
A total of 24 employees, including two members of Totally's board and seven persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), elected to participate in the SAYE Scheme. Pursuant to this, a total of 334,949 options over Ordinary Shares were granted on 12 December 2016, equating to 1.67 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital.
Wendy Lawrence, Chief Executive Officer, is a participant in the Company's SAYE Scheme and is included in the total figures above. Her individual option grant pursuant to this year's SAYE Scheme is 11,739 options over Ordinary Shares.
Don Baladasan, Finance Director, is a participant in the Company's SAYE Scheme and is included in the total figures above. His individual option grant pursuant to this year's SAYE Scheme is 31,304 options over Ordinary Shares.
158,867 options over Ordinary Shares were granted to certain PDMRs under the Company's SAYE Scheme and are included in the total figures above:

Premier Physical Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Totally plc,provides a comprehensive range of treatments and advice for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. They deliver physiotherapy and podiatry to NHS patients. Individuals or their families can choose to subscribe to the service, which is a personal, professional, clinically-focused and patient-centered service, tailored for each individual.
