Totally (AIM :TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, announces that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, for the year ended 31 March 2019, were posted to shareholders yesterday, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting ( "AGM"). An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.totallyplc.com .
 
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Cardinal Square West, 10 Nottingham Road, Derby, DE1 3QT at 3.00 p.m. on 9 September 2019.
