Trading Update
Progress made as Totally continues to build itself into a leading out of hospital healthcare service provider in the UK
Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to announce that following the end of the Company's financial year on 31 December 2016, the Board anticipates that the Company's full year results, which are still subject to external audit, are expected to be marginally ahead of current market expectations. Based on unaudited management accounts Group revenues for the 12 months ending 31 December 2016 are expected to be no less than 3.7m. 
Having made three acquisitions in the healthcare services sector over 2016 worth a total maximum consideration of up to 15.1m, and secured new and renewed contracts with a value in excess of 1.7m per annum in revenues, the Board believes that Totally is making strides in its goal of being the leading provider of out of hospital care in the UK. The Board is also pleased to confirm that the Company has made a positive start to the new financial year with its five subsidiary businesses continuing to secure new business and renew existing contracts with both the NHS England and private sector organisations. 
In addition, the Company continues to execute on its 'buy and build' strategy as it seeks further acquisition opportunities that complement its offering, focused on the UK outsourced healthcare services market, which has been estimated by the Centre for Health and the Public Interest in 2015 to be worth in excess of 20 billion per year.

Premier Physical Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Totally plc, provides a comprehensive range of treatments and advice for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. It delivers physiotherapy and podiatry to NHS patients and was awarded ISO27001 accreditation in November 2016. Premier also has contracts with various police forces and prison sites; as well as providing occupational health and ergonomic services to corporate clients, such as display screen equipment assessments; post-injury returns to work suitability assessments; podiatry treatment; and sports massage services. Individuals or their families can choose to subscribe to the service, which is a personal, professional, clinically-focused and patient-centered service, tailored for each individual. The service was initially launched in early 2016 and full launch took place in August 2016. Totally Health operates my Clinical Coach.

They provide community dermatology services to 18 clinics across Lancashire, Dorset and Hampshire.
