6p, their lowest since Oct. 27
    ** Health service provider posts HY adjusted loss before tax
of 1 mln pounds ($1.3 mln) vs profit of 2 mln pounds year ago
    ** Co's turnover down 20.6% to 55.8 mln pounds for six
months ended Sept. 30
    ** Co says Chairman Bob Holt to step down from board at 2023
end; Simon Stilwell to take over role from Jan.1, 2024
     * Currently stock down 24.5%, pushing YTD losses to ~79%
