    * Increased H1 consolidated revenues at 171.5 million euros  
($191.36 million)(+2.3%); H1 EBITDA of 21.9 million euros up by 
44 pct; positive operating income of 3.9 million euros; 
half-yearly net result improved by 62 pct 
    * H1 EBITDA 21.9 million euros versus 15.2 million euros 
year ago 
    * H1 net loss group share 4.4 million euros versus 11.6 
million euros year ago 
    * Touax confirms a positive operating income over full year
