DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

CALGARY, ALBERTA (October 3, 2023) - Touchstone Exploration
Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that
non-executive director John D. Wright sold an aggregate 72,449 Company common
shares of no par value ("Common Shares").

 

Mr. Wright sold 8,000 Common Shares at a weighted average price of C$1.04
(approximately 63 pence) per Common Share on September 27, 2023 and 64,449
Common Shares at a weighted average price of C$1.03 (approximately 62.4 pence)
per Common Share on September 29, 2023.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
