Posting of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting

 

Tower Resources plc (AIM: TRP), the Africa-focused energy company, announces
that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024,
together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will shortly be
made available on the Company's website at www.towerresources.co.uk
(http://www.towerresources.co.uk) and will be posted to those shareholders
requiring a hard copy later today.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 13:30 on 30 June 2025 at 33 Cavendish
