Total Voting Rights
 
Tower Resources plc (TRP.L, TRP LN), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that as at the date of this notice,  the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,709,911,416 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each with voting rights. Following the Admission of the Fee Shares, as announced on 27 January 2021, the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights will be 1,729,911,416 ordinary shares.
The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 1,729,911,416 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
