Total Voting Rights

 

Tower Resources plc (AIM: TRP), the AIM-listed oil and gas company focused on
Africa, announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, as at 29 November 2024 there were 23,394,207,794 ordinary shares of
0.001 pence each with voting rights.

 

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the company is 23,394,207,794
and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share of capital
