** U.S.-listed shares of Israeli firms rise in premarket,
tracking gains in domestic peers, following a shock attack on
Israel by Iran over the weekend
** Tehran's attacks, launched after a suspected Israeli air
strike on its embassy compound in Damascus on April 1 that
killed officers of the elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps,
had raised the threat of a wider regional conflict
** Israel's shekel ILS= jumped 1.6% against the dollar,
while Tel Aviv shares .TA125 added 0.5% as it became clear
that Israel has so far complied with requests by allies not to
hit back at Iran after Saturday's attack
** US shares of Teva Pharmaceutical, the world's largest
maker of generic drugs, TEVA.N , gained 2.5%
** Solar inverter maker SolarEdge Technologies SEDG.O up
0.7%
** Tower Semiconductor TSEM.O , which provides customers
with analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, climbs 2.6%;
ad-tech firm Perion Network PERI.O gains 0.8%
** ADRs of software provider Nice NICE.O add 2.8%, while
self-driving technology maker Mobileye Global MBLY.O rises
0.6%
