firm Perion Network PERI.O falls 4.7%
** ADRs of software provider Nice NICE.O drop 3.0%
** Self-driving technology maker Mobileye Global MBLY.O
off 5.7%, fintech company Pagaya Technologies PGY.O slides
7.0%
** Smaller biotech companies Gamida Cell GMDA.O and
Vascular Biogenics VBLT.O down 7.6% and 9.1%, respectively
** Cyber security firms with exposure to Israel also drop in
premarket trading
