Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company has been notified that:
 On the 12 and 15 June, Michael Ziff, Non-Executive Director, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 293.27 pence per share 
 On 15 June, The Michael Ziff Children's Trust (part of Michael Ziff's non-beneficial holding) sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 293 pence per share
As a result of these transactions, Michael Ziff has a beneficial holding of 2,871,513 shares, representing 5.4% of the Company's issued share capital and a non-beneficial holding of 12,322,675 shares, representing 23.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
