The Company has been notified that on the 8 July, Duncan Syers, Finance Director,purchased 9,783 ordinary shares in the Company in his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) at an average price of 300 pence per share
As a result of these transactions, Duncan Syers has a beneficial holding of 19,783 shares, representing 0.04%of the Company's issued share capital.
