Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons
The Company has been notified that Michael Ziff sold 250,000 shares on 20 May 2016 at a price of 302.4p per share. Following the sale Michael Ziff's beneficial holding is 2,636,513 shares, comprising 4.96% of the issued share capital and his non beneficial holding is 12,322,675 shares comprising 23.18%. The company has also been informed that no part of this shareholding is used as security any longer.
Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
