Timing of Tender Offer Results Announcement

 

Town Centre Securities PLC (the "Company" or "TCS") announces that the results
for the Tender Offer, will now be announced on 5 December 2023, with the
purchase of Ordinary Shares under the Tender Offer now also taking place on
the same day. All other timings in relation to the tender offer will remain
the same, as set out in the Circular posted to shareholders dated 8 November.
