Publication of Form 8-K - Toyota Motor Credit Corporation

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation has published its Current Report on Form 8-K
which it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 19 July
2024, announcing the following events:

"Brittany Baird, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Toyota Motor
Credit Corporation (the "Company") is expected to commence a three-month
maternity leave in late July. During Ms. Baird's absence, James Schofield,
Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company will serve as
principal accounting officer. Upon Ms. Baird's return from maternity leave,
she will resume her role as the Company's principal accounting officer as its
Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer."
