Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 9 January 2024 in respect of an issue by Toyota Motor
Finance (Netherlands) B.V. of EUR 750,000,000 3.125 per cent. Notes due 11
January 2027 (the "2027 Notes").

Final Terms dated 9 January 2024 in respect of an issue by Toyota Motor
Finance (Netherlands) B.V. of EUR 500,000,000 3.125 per cent. Notes due 11
July 2029 (the "2029 Notes").

Each of the 2027 Notes and the 2029 Notes, respectively, are to be issued
under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by
Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota
Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor Credit
Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2027 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of
the 2029 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated 15 September 2023, as supplemented by the Supplementary
Prospectuses dated 3 November 2023 and 5 December 2023, including all
documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which
constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation
(Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU)
2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the
relevant information.
