Admission to Trading on the AQSE Growth Market

 

First day of dealings

 

Flex Labs (AQSE: FLEX) is pleased to announce that admission of its common
shares of no par value ("Common Shares") to trading on the Access segment of
the Aquis Stock Exchange ("AQSE") will take place and dealings will commence
at 8.00 a.m., 15 December 2023 ("Admission"), under the ticker FLEX and ISIN
number CA33939R1073.

 

On Admission, the Company will have 114,110,666 Common Shares in issue and the
market capitalisation of the Company will be approximately £3,423,320.
