2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

On 12 March 2026 the Company released its results for the year ended 31
December 2025.

 

The Company today announces the publication of the following documents:

·     Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31
December 2025 ('2025 Annual Report'); and

·     Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ('2026 AGM').

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of both of these documents
will shortly be available on our website at

for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at

Printed copies of the 2025 Annual Report and Notice of the 2026 AGM have been
mailed to shareholders, in line with shareholder communication preferences.

 

The Company's 2026 AGM will take place at 2.15pm (BST) on Wednesday 13 May
2025 at the offices of Allen & Overy Shearman Sterling LLP, One Bishops
Square, London, E1 6AD. If shareholders are either unable or disinclined to
attend the AGM, shareholders should vote by appointing the Chair of the
meeting as their proxy by submitting the Form of Proxy online. Details of how
to do this are included in the Notice of the 2026 AGM and on the Company's
website at www.tpicap.com/investors (http://www.tpicap.com/investors) .

 

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3,
