Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 302,148 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to trade on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The listing consists of 302,148 ordinary shares to be issued following the exercise of a vested share option under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
Admission is expected to become effective on or shortly after 30 September 2016.
