Completion of the acquisition of PVM 
Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") announces the completion of the acquisition of PVM Oil Associates Limited following the admission of 25,776,523 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00am. 
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 243,516,227 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each. Therefore, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 243,516,227.
