Update on the acquisition of
ICAP's global hybrid voice broking and information business 
The Board of directors of Tullett Prebon plc ("Tullett Prebon") announces that it has today received approval from the Financial Conduct Authority for the acquisition by Tullett Prebon of the global hybrid voice broking and information business of ICAP plc (the "Transaction"). As notified previously, Tullett Prebon believes that, while it remains subject to regulatory approvals in a number of other jurisdictions, the Transaction is on course to complete in 2016.
