Confirmation of Richard Berliand as Chairman
 
As previously announced on 19 March 2019, TP ICAP plc is pleased to confirm that Richard Berliand has assumed the Chairmanship of the Board effective today. Richard has also today been appointed Chairman of the Board's Nominations and Governance Committee.
 
There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under Paragraph 9.6.11R(3) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
