Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 24 January 2017 (the Final Terms) relating to the issue by TP ICAP plc of of 500,000,000 5.250 per cent. Notes due 2024 under the 1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme).
The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus in respect of the Programme dated 18 January 2017 (the Prospectus).
