** Shares of British inter-dealer broker TP ICAP TCAPI.L up 4.9% to 257.5p; top gainer on FTSE midcaps .FTMC index

** Co posts FY adjusted pretax profit of 314 million pounds  ($420.26 million) vs 303 million pounds a year ago helped by volatile markets

** Expects Group to achieve 2026 adjusted EBIT in line with current market expectations of 361 million pounds

** YTD, stock down ~5%
