UK's TP ICAP rises on plans to list data business, buy back shares

** Shares of inter-dealer broker TP ICAP TCAPI.L rise as much as 2.7% to 266p

** TCAPI could list its data and analytics business in the U.S. as early as Q2 2025

** Co also announces share buyback programme of 30 mln pounds ($38.7 mln)

** Posts FY adj. pretax profit of 303 mln pounds vs 271 mln pounds in 2023

** Board says it is comfortable with current 2025 market expectations for adj. EBIT

** Stock rose 32.1% in 2024
