** Co announces long-term strategic partnership with asset management firm TPG TPG.O

** TPG to invest $500 mln for nearly 6.5% stake in Jackson; deal includes issuance of 4.7 mln JXN shares at $106.03 each and $150 mln in TPG stock to Jackson

** Partnership aims to combine Jackson’s annuity expertise with TPG’s private credit platform to boost spread-based product sales and enhance profitability

** Transaction expected to close in Q1 2026

** JXN up 22.7% over the past year
