    * Says it signs agreement to invest 408.6 million yuan  
($59.29 million) in TPK Holding  3673.TW  
    * Says it signs letter of intent to set up JV with TPK 
Holding 
    * Says it plans to boost registered capital of Finland's 
unit Senseg Oy by 2.41 million euros  ($2.60 million) to 5.69 
million euros 
    * Says it plans to boost registered capital of Nanchang and 
Shanghai units by 152 million yuan and 170 million yuan
