Change of Auditor

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company
focused on people-powered transformation, announces the appointment of Cooper
Parry Group Limited ("Cooper Parry") as the Company's new auditors. The
decision was made following a review by the Company's Audit and Risk
Committee, with an open and rigorous tender process, and has been approved by
the Board. Cooper Parry will serve as the Company's auditors for the financial
year ending 31 March 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval
at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 September 2025. Cooper Parry's
re-appointment in subsequent years will be subject to shareholder approval at
each Annual General Meeting.

The outgoing auditors, S&W Partners Audit Limited ("S&W"), have
resigned and have confirmed that there are no issues that need to be brought
to the attention of the Company's members or creditors under section 519 of
the Companies Act 2006.

The Board of TPXimpact Holdings PLC expresses its gratitude to S&W for
their services.
