Dividend payment update
TPXimpact Holdings PLC's (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company
focused on digital transformation, provides an update in respect to the
interim dividend payment date announced in the Group's interim results
statement on 30 November 2022.
An interim dividend of 0.3 pence per share will now be paid on 27 January 2023
instead of 28 January 2023. The record date is unchanged and the dividend will
continue to be paid to shareholders on the register at the close of business
on 20 January 2023.
