Exercise of Options & PDMR Dealings
TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company
focused on people-powered transformation, announces that Bjon Conway, CEO and
Noel Douglas, CFO, have elected to exercise options over 813,308 shares
pursuant to the Company's FY25 STIP (as previously announced on the 12th
August).
Of the 813,308 ordinary shares issued in satisfying the FY25 STIP option
exercises, 396,509 ordinary shares have been sold at a price of 17.25 pence
per Ordinary Share to meet tax liabilities arising from the exercises of
options. The balance of Ordinary Shares from the exercises has been retained
by the participants in accordance with the terms of the Scheme and is detailed
in the table below.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.
