Notice of AGM

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company
focused on people-powered digital transformation, announces that its Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Stifel, 150 Cheapside,
London, EC2V 6ET on 25 September 2025 at 10.00 a.m. BST.

The Group  yesterday  posted the notice of AGM to those shareholders who have
requested hard copies. Electronic copies are available to download on the
