TPXimpact Certifies as a B Corporation

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services company
focused on people-powered digital transformation, is pleased to announce that
it has officially become a Certified B Corporation (B Corp), joining a select
number of businesses that are leading a global movement for an inclusive,
equitable, and regenerative economy.

TPXimpact was founded on the principle that businesses could and should do
better in driving social and environmental change, and that businesses who
strive to achieve these goals will be at a competitive advantage in the long
term.

The B Corp certification addresses the entirety of a business's operations and
covers five key impact areas; Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and
Customers. The certification process is rigorous, with applicants required to
reach a benchmark score of over 80 while providing evidence of socially and
environmentally responsible practices relating to energy supplies, waste and
water use, worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency.

As a B Corp, TPXimpact is counted among businesses that are leading a global
movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy, enhancing trust
among customers, communities, and suppliers, as well as attracting and
retaining employees and investors aligned with our mission.

 

This certification is a notable milestone in the Group's growth journey,
further establishing TPXimpact as a leader in ESG and responsible business
practices.
