TRACON Pharma rises on positive trial results for cancer drug

** Shares of cancer therapy developer TRACON Pharmaceuticals
 TCON.O  rise ~3.7% to 21 cents 
    ** Co says that patients who took its drug envafolimab
showed an objective response rate (ORR) of 15% during a
mid-stage study 
    ** ORR is defined as the proportion of patients with a
complete response or partial response to treatment
    ** Up to last close, stock down 87.4% this year
