Tracsis plc has today posted, or will otherwise notify as being available on
its website (www.tracsis.com), the Annual Report & Accounts for the year
ended 31 July 2025 and Notice of Meeting for the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at Nexus, Discovery Way, Leeds, LS2 3AA at 9.00am on
