Director Dealing
The Group today received notification that on Friday 8 April, John Nelson, Non-Executive Director, disposed of 130,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 500p per Ordinary Share.
The beneficial interest of Mr Nelson following this transaction is 100,824 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the total issued share capital of the Company and Mr Nelson also has an interest in 25,000 share options from an agreement dated 2013 with an exercise price of 175p per share.
