Result of AGM

Tracsis plc announces that, at its AGM on held on 14 January 2026, all of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 5 December 2025 and posted,
or otherwise made available to shareholders on that date, were passed by the
members entitled to vote.
