Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces today that, in accordance with the terms of its share
buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") announced on 24 April 2025, it
has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through its corporate
broker, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg").

Total voting rights:
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the Ordinary
Shares purchased, the Company will have 30,381,376 Ordinary Shares in issue,
each with one voting right. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 30,381,376.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
