** TRCS expects FY26 adj EBITDA to be about £13.5 mln ($18.42 mln), in line with market expectations of £13.2 mln to £13.9 mln and up from £12.6 mln a year earlier
** Co expects FY group rev to be £85.5 mln vs £81.9 mln last year
** Adds, in both cases, forecast includes full-year contribution from Events business that was sold on July 31
** As of last close, stock up ~9.75% YTD
