** Shares of Trade Window TWL.NZ down as much as 10% at NZ$0.315, hitting their lowest level since November 14

** Software co receives firm commitments for A$5 million ($3.23 million) in a placement, advancing its ASX listing

** Issue price of A$0.22, or NZ$0.25, per share represents a discount of 28.6% to co's close on Thursday

** Funds raised to facilitate co's foreign exempt listing on the ASX, others

** YTD, stock up 53.7%, including the day's moves
