fall as much as 4% to NZ$0.48, hitting a record low
** Software co announces capital raising of upto NZ$20
million ($12.77 million)
** Says capital raising at an issue price of 45 NZ cents per
share; which is at a discount of 10% to stock's last close
** Co, however, aims to achieve EBITDA breakeven by the end
of FY25
** Stock fell 74.9% in 2022
