* Says its investment & VC subsidiary plans to set up a
agritech JV in Gunma prefecture, jointly with a Gunma-based firm
MARS Company, which is engaged in refrigeration related business
* Says JV will be capitalized at 10 million yen, MARS
Company and the unit will own 90 percent stake and 10 percent
stake respectively
