Lifting of Suspension in Trading

 

Trafalgar (AIM:TRAF), the AIM quoted residential and assisted living property
developer, announces, further to the announcement of 29 May 2024, discussions
with Ecap Esports Ltd have ceased and as a result trading in the Company's
ordinary shares on AIM is expected to be restored with effect from 2.00 p.m.
today.

As set out in the Company's Final Results, announced on 25 September 2024,
Trafalgar's property business continues with its planning application to
demolish the existing bungalow and build a scheme of detached houses on its
newly acquired site in Tunbridge Wells at Talbot Park.
