** Shares of medtech company TransMedics Group  TMDX.O  fall
13.82% to $62.40 premarket
    ** Scorpion Capital says it has taken a short position on
the company
    ** Says will shortly file a Citizen Petition with the FDA
requesting suspension of the premarket approval of TransMedics
Organ Care System, in conjunction with a public letter to
members of Congress probing abuses in the US organ transplant
system
    ** TMDX did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for
comment
    ** Stock fell ~21% last year
