TransMedics Group falls as Q3 results miss estimates

** Shares of medical technology company TransMedics Group
 TMDX.O  fall ~28% to $90.20, after the bell  
    ** Company reports Q3 revenue of $108.8 mln, missing
estimates of $115 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG 
    ** Says continues to expect revenue for the full year, 2024,
to be in the range of $425 mln to $445 mln; analysts, on
average, expect 2024 revenue of $444.36 mln - LSEG 
     ** Reports Q3 net income of 12 cents per share, missing
estimates of 29 cents per share 
    ** Up to last close, stock up 59.9% YTD
