TransMedics sinks on Q3 results miss

** Shares of medical technology company TransMedics Group
 TMDX.O  fall ~25% to $94.70 premarket
    ** TransMedics, after market close on Monday, reported Q3
revenue of $108.8 mln, missing estimates of $115 mln, according
to data compiled by LSEG
    ** Co said it continues to expect revenue for the full year
to be in the range of $425 mln to $445 mln; analysts on average,
expect 2024 revenue of $444.36 mln
    ** Reported Q3 net income of 12 cents per share, missing
estimates of 29 cents per share
    ** At least two analysts have cut co's PT since the results
    ** Up to last close, stock up 59.9% YTD
